Karim Bardeesy is a Canadian public service leader of Egyptian Arab descent and Executive Director of The Dais at Toronto Metropolitan University. He served as Deputy Principal Secretary and Executive Director of Policy under Ontario Premiers Kathleen Wynne and Dalton McGuinty, leading key initiatives in infrastructure and social programs. In 2022, he ran as the Ontario Liberal candidate for Parkdale—High Park. Bardeesy also has a background in journalism and education, holding degrees from McGill and Harvard.
