VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

Policy & Research

The CAI is looking for volunteers to help lead files in our policy and research department! Some policy files that we focus on include discrimination, immigration, labour, gender equality, health, education, among others. By way of compensation, you will receive training on policy formulation and the parliamentary process in Canada.

Programs & Communications

The CAI is looking for volunteers to help with our communications department! An exciting opportunity to support social media channels, and various programs with an aim to maximize engagement, promote and celebrate Arab-Canadians and raise awareness of CAI’s campaigns.

Skills and experiences we are looking for include: 

  • Experience using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & other social media channels. 

  • Good written communication skills, with accuracy and good attention to detail.

  • Ability to think creatively when sharing content.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and motivated to work as an individual.

  • Ability to deal in a professional manner when communicating online.
